Co-Founder of Essentur

Co-founded a digital product studio exploring the use of AI to solve niche business challenges. We developed a pilot demo, “StockPilot AI”, designed to unify the fragmented stock management system for small & medium retail businesses. However, we decided to pause operations due to shifting team priorities and early-stage learning gaps. Despite its short run, the experience enriched my understanding of product-market fit, operational design, and startup agility.

I advanced from intern to senior associate consultant while delivering projects in digital transformation and enterprise product management.

I co-designed a data strategy for AI that improved decision-making for a nonprofit, launched a customer operations product with 90% user satisfaction delivered ahead of schedule, and led a CRM transformation for a Safety Gear Manufacturer that automated sales and marketing flows.
